Not sure what to tell you. I got one of my orders refunded and was able to get credit for the other, which i successfully received my product quickly after placing my replacement order.
I was always able to get ahold of them via email at
support@packer-locker.net but thats just me. Maybe try emailing them from a different email? Sometimes if you try too hard to email a place their filters will mark you as spam.
Also, just as a thought, but if you weren't able to get a refund earlier, why would you be able to get one now? If they offered you credit to make up for the old owners then they couldnt issue you a refund before.... so you probably wont be able to get one.
