So I'm working at getting my CDL again and am going through a companies TAP, tuition assistance program. I gotta work for them for a year after then after that I have my CDL and can leave whenever I want. I'm wondering if by any chance if anyone knows or has heard if Schneider International is a friendly company or not.
I do realize that they are the largest motor carrier in the USA with more trucks and drivers than anyone else, and sometimes the larger companies can either be very friendly and open to us working for them, but on the other hand they can be the worst to work for and will find any reason to fire us.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Honelstly, at the bean counter level...they will not be too concerned provided you get the loads to their destinations on time.

With the account I'm going to be driving on, that really won't be hard....200 miles as the crow flies from the distribution center (Wintersville OH Walmart DC) in a Cascadia Evolution with an automatic 10 speed and a be there by appointment time, having a higher OTD really won't be hard unless the overnight shift all goes to lunch at the same time lol
