FFS to return to having your old face - I can't be the only one like this

Up until the age of 16, I was usually what one would consider to be "handsome". Testosterone hit, my chin grew, my brown bossing grew, my nose got big, my jawline went from "round" to jutting out. I feel like I have a new face now, and this really bothers me. I don't want to transition to become a woman, but I want to even out my face so it looks like an adult version of the way it used to look. I'm considering using progesterone cream on my face daily in hopes of removing the masculine features. People get plastic surgery for all kinds of reasons, and I feel like I'm in a unique situation. As it happens, I do like crossdressing and putting makeup on, so if I could pass as a woman wearing makeup and a wig, I'd be satisfied.

Would you recommmend a regular plastic surgeon for this sort of issue, or do you think I should see an FFS doctor? Dr. Ousterhout said it would be a 9 hour operation, while other plastic surgeons say there is nothing wrong with my face. I feel like I'm just not seeing "Brian" anymore. I'm not trying to abuse FFS...I realize certain women and transsexuals really need this surgery. But I'm getting tired of looking in the mirror and seeing "old testosterone face". Have you or anyone you know used plastic surgery or FFS for reasons other than transition to the opposite gender, just to be able to see your old face again? I can't be the only in this situation.

I'm going on 34, and I really want to be pretty again. I realize FFS is an extreme measure to take for someone who specifically does not want to look like a woman. I do want a new, feminine nose that goes down in a diagonal manner. What are your experiences with you or someone you know getting these precedures when they don't actually plan to gender transition? Do you know of any successes? Cases where people managed to "restore" their face"? I'm just curious.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

Honestly, this doesn't sound weird to me.  I would worry that the reason they might be saying no is that, as you age, your male hormones are going to age your face.  Sure, you'll look younger and more effeminate for up to a decade, but just because you have a young bone-structure doesn't mean your skin will go along with that say, 20 years from now.

I think you should sit down, figure out exactly what you want, and figure out what you're willing to go through for it.

I read your post a few days ago and have thought about it a bit. Honestly it doesn't seem so strange to me. There are plenty of people who feel they are gender fluid or androgynous or bigendered. Having dysphoria because your face is too masculinized sounds like you fit somewhere in that spectrum. If you search non binary forums you can probably find others who are dealing with the same issue.

On the transmasculine side I personally know a number of people who got top surgery but never sought HRT.
