I could not find any on transbucket. Does anyone know where there's a gallery of them?

Elis

I doubt this exists. T is a powerful hormone and will make your face masculine without need for surgery. I've never heard of men getting surgery to make their faces more masculine.
They/them pronouns preferred.

I thought there was surgery for it. That's good to know.

Dex

There are surgeries that are not trans-specific.

You could choose to have implants to make your jaw or chin shaped differently, for instance. But those would be the same any man could get if they didn't like the shape of their face and wanted more defined features.

Elis is right, though. Most trans guys wouldn't have a need for this type of surgery as T typically will make the tissue structure of our faces masculine enough that it's not necessary. The lack of information you're finding backs that up.

As always, each person is different but, for most, it is not typically a part of transition.

Generally they aren't necessary. I would say, let T do it's magic for 5 years. If you're not happy with your face at the end of that 5 year period, then you could look into fixing the specific features that you're uncomfortable with.

T truly is pretty magical when it comes to the face.

Pre-T  (October 2015)

On T 8 Months (June 2016)

On T around 11 months (Today, October 2015)

While I still have a bit of a baby face, considering I haven't even been on T for an entire year and I missed a month in there, it's a pretty BIG change.  I have no doubt that in a few years I will look so manly no one would ever guess I am trans.  Hell, no one ever guesses now.  I am no longer misgendered, and I have no muscles, have had no surgeries, and have TINY bone structure.  Just give the T some time--any surgery is probably just a waste of money.

FTMitch, you're looking awesome, dude. Your face and neck really filled out giving you the appearance of a heftier bone structure. Looks like we have a similar facial hair pattern going on, hah.

Anyway, I'll add a couple shots to the mix for comparison.
I've been on T for a couple weeks over a year now.

Pre-T:

Now:

Also, as a bonus, this is me a few days ago dressed up as Jareth from Labyrinth for a pre-Halloween party.
I'm posting this because I'm in a long blonde wig with fairly heavy eye makeup and wasn't misgendered a single time (I thought that was pretty awesome):

What you look forward to has already come, but you do not recognize it.

Thanks so much for this example. You have come a long way in that time.

I only just saw these pics and wanted to say you both look awesome. I'm eight months on T and only just starting to get gendered correctly now that I have actual facial hair. So that can also be a factor. Also, Stone Magnum, that Jareth costume is amazing and you do definitely pass even with the makeup and wig :)

These photos are amazing and really inspiring. Cheers for sharing! And that costume is awesome.

testosterone is a powerful thing.

this is me, presenting feminine with long hair, around 4 years ago.

this is me, about two years ago. notice the hair is shorter.

this is me, also two years ago, presenting feminine, but with a pixie cut.

this is me, a year ago, pre-T and presenting masculine

this is me less than a month ago, just at five months on T.

while the changes aren't super drastic, my face has become gradually more masculine.
Today actually marks my six months, matter of fact.

edit: also for those who notice that the only picture I'm smiling in is the first, with my long hair, well... that's a faked smile lol. I really don't smile much :P
I've got a RBF rofl

I'm 9 months on T and my levels are okay but my face has only masculinized a bit and I'm still getting misgendered consistently. It would probably help if I lost weight but oh well. I keep having lovely dreams where I have red facial hair. In actuality my stache is all vellus hair and I don't even have vellus hair on my sideburns and the few random terminal hairs I have are brown. They also seem to be curly, basically chin pubes. (Which is weird, my dad's beard isn't curly.)

I've got brown/auburn hair and my mustache is blonde. Most annoying thing ever. My face hair does look like curly face pubes if I let it go for months on end. I've taken to letting it grow out for about a month and then trimming everything on my face with a #3 trimmer. That seems to help a lot.

I don't know if split ends are a thing with facial hair, but if they are I suppose it could also help with those :D
