Trans guy-breast cysts from binding?

(this is kind of gross, sorry)

So over the summer I developed two odd cyst looking things on the bottoms of my breasts. The first one to appear is filled with blood and was a raised bump at first but now it lays flat but it still there. The second one looked like a big zit at first. I'm prone to breast acne, especially since starting HRT, so I didn't think much of it and tried to pop it. I got some stuff to come out but not much. After that it changed to look like it was filled with blood like the other. I've had them for a few months now and they've gotten a bit smaller but that's it.

I'm thinking that I got them because of binding. I know wearing too tight of a bra can cause cysts like this so I wouldn't be surprised if binding could cause them too. It didn't help that it was really hot this summer, and my apartment has no AC.

Anyone else have experiences like this?

Have not had this experience, but I would strongly recommend talking to your doctor about it. They'd be able to tell you without a doubt what it is and what you'd need to do to (1) take care of it, and (2) stop it from happening again.
