Ive never seemed to notice things like male and female body patterns and facial structure, but maybe thats potentially that fact that I might have autism and thats the hardest thing for me to recognize and pay attention to. Although...I've learned it does make a significant difference because since starting T my face has changed because when people look at my face they read male.
Fat distribution is a little weirder though. I dont think Ive ever had extremely prominent hips, thighs, boobs, or anything of the sort. I have had an hourglass shape, since T the hourglassness has straightened out a bit more. That's about it. Regardless, exercise has helped in building more muscle tone on my shoulders and arms which makes more of a difference than fat redistributions for me, I think.
