My tummy isn't as tight as I would like, so I've started doing some at-home workouts. No weights or anything, just things like squats, crunches, planks, etc.

Wondering if this is wise, or if I should be worried about adding any masculine definition to my body that will be tougher to get rid of later.

Anyone have experience with trying to get into shape while transitioning?

I've been trying some spine friendly ab and lower back workouts from YouTube. Planks are one. Another you place your hands under your tailbone and do leg lifts, ect. A third you lay on your side and lift a the upper leg and also work it around and up. Loosens the hip joint and exercises the hip gluteus muscles. I have tried using a recombinant bicycle we have but my lower back can't take that so I'm looking for a good used treadmill or elliptical. They say you just need to get the heart rate up to 120 or so 20 minutes a day to take off the stomach fat.

Doing this and a diet change has helped me loose 4 lbs in the last couple of weeks.  :D only another 30 to go.

A lifetime of depression and repressed emotions is nothing more than existence. I for one want to live now not just exist!

I have started jogging. Not only does it help in losing weight, it keeps me positive and free of depression.
        I am also trying HIIT.

I haven't yet planned out a diet. Currently, I'm just limiting my portions.
I haven't yet checked my weight, but I'm definitely feeling a lot healthier than before.
Love ,
