Bulbous tip and thick nasal skin

So I'm going to have FFS with Facial Team in Marbella by the end of 2017. I have a pretty masculine nose with a quite big, rounded tip and a large nasal base (the sides of the nose are very wide). As this is very important to me I wonder how small my nose can really get.

I know I probably cannot get a cute tiny nose as this depends a lot on the thickness of the skin.

Anyone here who can share their experiences on this matter? Maybe even with Facial Team themselves? (Dr Bellinga does the Rhinoplasties now, I think.)

I think the girl on the photo has more of a cartilage problem... In my opinion Asian doctors are better and more experienced with alarplasty and defatting or debulking a thick nose skin... No matter how perfect the structure made underneath it won't show if you have thick skin.

I had my nose worked on years ago and I think what you are asking should be doable. I am not sure the nose can be quite as narrow as you have in the picture but it can be close. In addition, I suspect the doctors might be able to tilt the front of the nose up a bit more. It call comes down to how much cartilage the doctor can remove while still retaining the structural strength of the cartilage.

I was awake during that part of the surgery so I know they file the cartilage in order to give it shape and they break the nose next to the face in order to give it shape. My nose was similar to your before picture except that the bottom was level instead of having a downward tilt.
