And my girlfriend who had a chat with the woman who left a review on olmecs page ... said this
"Vagina works good but not pretty and didnt get all hair. All the face and breast havento be redone eventually totally not what i asked for"...
I thought with the colovaginaplasty one does not have to worry bout hair inside the vagina

I expect its just at the entrance (introitus), not deep inside, and should therefore be easy to remove.

I'm very confused about what she said
Pretty in which standards cis girl vagina standards
Or srs vagina standards

I have seen results from high top surgeons and they were not pretty ( at least not what you would expect from them anyway )

Now Olmec have a lot of results pictures outcomes numbers any surgeon I know

And most of them were acceptable

This make me wonder if they truly belong to Olmec

Or maybe the girl had a higher expectations for the result ( I can understand it by looking to their photos gallery )

Or it's just a mistake all the surgeons do this kind of mistake anyway

As for the hair I remember reading in the doctor website that it should be hair free

But I can understand why may this problem happen with his method of srs

Now as I see the pros and cons are the following

Pros :
Low price
Good sigmoid colon surgery
Good depth
Sensation is there
Self lubrication
Fast recovery
Very less time for dilation

Cons :
Abdomen scar
The cosmetic look may vary
Hair may growing in the entrance
The smelly discharge that comes in the first few months ( which is normal for sigmoid colon surgery )
I will also add the waiting list ( for me it's cons )

Now this been said

I want to know what she meant by that to .... I requested her to come over when I had a chat with her myself before my friend did. I will ask again ... from what I saw of her ... she is perfect. Body and in a string like bikini .... and yea every cis women does not have a pretty pussy

Oh! Although I don't know what that girl really meant, I would like to share my experience. glad you mentioned this! This can be scary.

So in my case, I did not really wake up, but did at the last 5 mins of the surgery "feel" some pain, could feel that something was being done. I did not and could not open my eyes, but did have sensation (and was in a vague state of mind happy) as I could sense much of it down there. This is tough to explain. It was some mild pain. I thought that the doctor was inserting (to some extent) something and removing it - more like poking the area down there. It was terrifying but was glad at the same time - because of the sensation! I was very exhausted and couldn't open my eyes though - It was a 6/7 hours surgery. Throughout I had thought probably it was just a dream.

At the time of consultation - voice and tracheal shave surgery, I happened to tell the doctor that I was a little scared, since had the sensation that I woke up and could feel some pain. He explained to me that they cannot give any amount of anaesthesia as it would be too risky. He said what I experienced was gaining consciousness after the surgery was done, and when they were putting dressing. He said that is was common. The 2 other surgeries I got - tracheal shave with voice feminisation and BA with FFS, I did not face this, probably because these were performed in a shorter period of time.

Thinking about it, I think what the doctor said may have been true. The sensation that I had gotten was probably after the surgery, when he was inserting the dilator. I know that he had inserted the dilator (he had told me during the debrief after SRS that the depth was good as he had inserted the dilator).

I know that it can be a scary experience. Dunno if girls from other surgeons also went through the same. Overall though I am glad.

Oh, regarding the hair, in my case - its there at the entrance, though no hair inside. I am happy with the aesthetic look though - I don't deny it could have been better at the same time

Hey there ladies,

I am also a recent post op girl who had surgery done with Dr Kaushik and I have left my review on RealSelf and also gave insight to my experience on here. I am only a month post op and Yashika I was there when you were as well and I believe I spoke to your beautiful mother.

I have been going through some of these comments and reading some of the worries and i will say whoever left this review has obviously has some issues and is unhappy with their experience which is ok, however, i will say that her experience is not the experience of probably 99% of other Kaushik patients. Waking up during surgery lol nope that never happened to me except for waking up after they had finished the GCS and feeling like i had to clear my throat.

I have no hair inside my vagina it is completely smooth only thing is discharge which i cannot wait to go away and my clitoris is painfully healing slowly but surely.

I didnt know he had a waiting list, i know he makes everyone wait a month before he will operate on them and that is to get the blood work and xrays and all of that stuff done and for smokers to stop smoking and for hormones to stop being used. I know he is getting more popular so maybe he is starting to get the girls lining up.

As for a pretty vagina, im not sure where you find those. I am of the opinion that vagina's arent attractive but with Kaushik you get a fully functioning vagina, sensate from top to bottom, with all of the things you'd get elsewhere but you get more depth. I got 12-13 inches of depth and my clitoris, minora and majora are beautiful and after the swelling goes down on the outside i think my kitty will be indistinguishable and thats what I wanted. My tracheal shave is fine and healing well, and my breasts are as well. I got 500cc and yes the incision under the arm hurt me like crazy but now im home and my breasts are softening and dropping into their appropriate position and they look really good lol i am slowly massaging them to make sure they get softer and i encourage a good cleavage to come through gradually which is what doc told me to do. My ffs is awesome, my hair transplants are almost an inch long now and while my forehead is still numb i am now on the way to having a curved hairline as opposed to my previous M shaped hairline. My jaw line is v shaped now because of the non surgical jaw contouring i got done and my brow bossing which Kaushik said was the second worse case he had done is healing excellently. I was worried because Kaushik said he might not be able to fix my bossing without also adding a nose job onto it but i didnt and dont need a nose job so i just had to hope for the best and once again he fixed it and the bossing is non existent. when they took the bandages off my jaw dropped. I now have the profile i wanted and the little brow lift he did while doing my hair line just opens my face up and makes everything look softer and more feminine.

I am extremely happy with my results and the only thing i would say is that i wish there were a fast forward button on life so we could speed up the reecovery process lol.

This person who has had issues with their surgery, has she contacted olmec? from what i understand dr kaushik will fix you if you arent happy with the results like he will do corrective surgery.

Btw im sure those vaginas on his website are his. Mine looks pretty much identical to them, and the feel on the inside of my vagina is smooth and soft and i dont know if this is normal for others but i have found myself getting really aroused and having sexual dreams and it feels different down there when this happens  lol . Notice that on his website some of those are pics of first stage surgery and others are the completed vagina with both stages done. I had mine done in one stage and this can be done if you request it.

I'm a black girl but um it's a girl who posted on the olmec Facebook(which I'm suspended on for 30 days )  page and yes that's the mark you described I think she did the surgery in December / January  ... she suppose to tell me when she get her MRI in a couple of weeks if this dr in India reattached her colon correctly.
