I would say HRT has allowed me to enjoy things I have always enjoyed, but without lingering confusion or shame at liking, for example, wearing fuzzy PJs, watching Disney JR. shows, and cuddling my stuffies. Shortly after transitioning I purged my DVD collection of probably 2/3 of its content, and did the same with my book library.
