estradiol lvl

I wanted to ask whether the level of estradiol has an impact on the development of female characteristics, breast, or fat redistribution

I read that the normal female level of estradiol is 200, and in pregnant women unless the 600. But I read that some have to hṛt and the 1000+ level

Good question because when I got my levels done my estradiol was 183 and my testosterone was 14, that was 4 months ago.

after 2 months T: 24 and E: 428

I'm just curious, however, the result of E has an impact on the development of characteristics in the sense that if I have to assume 100, is my qualities will grow worse than when I was 300?

Key is the lowest affective dose for your body that it responds to. It differs for everyone. SO it isn't so much the dosage as it is what your body responds to and of course it just takes time. Hugs

7 days after my 4th injection my levels went from E 35 to 388.  My Dr's reaction was "Wow, your ovulating, but seriously your body loves this stuff."

BTW - I stopped cold turkey (BAD IDEA) after 4 shots, restarted 4 months later and now after my 5th shot I have more development than I expected (Yippee) but blood work is not until February.

of course you have so high couse shots its most powerful E dosage, you do this every 2 weeks, and you make test after 1 week after shot, check your test after 2 weeks before shot, and dont take pills before test

  Hmmm, my numbers are radically different than anyone else's I've seen here.

I started HRT in 2014 - back then, E=19, T=668. About 6 months later, taking oral Estradiol, my levels were E=1457, T=46.

Fast forward to March, 2016 (about 2 years later). Now using Estradiol Valerate injections, E=2276.9, T=8. But the lab results state "Normal".

I'm not sure if there are different methods of determining E levels? This is Estrogen Total Serum, in pg/Ml.

im not say not normal, but i tell 1 again its diffrent when you make test,

if, for example. You took the day before injection and 2 tablets, or for example, the day before injection, and in the morning wziełeąs tablet before the test results would be high, as if to measure pressure directly after the race and the wonder that is a high pulse.

are their substantial evidence to prove letting it melt gives more of the dose because if so I'm going to start letting it melt.

Why? because dissolving tablet in the mouth the first absorption begins through the lymphatic system, the mouth is the most innervated place all over the body, then part of it is absorbed in the esophagus, and the remnant if you hit it in the stomach.

and at the end the most important, taking dissolved tablets are not destroyest a liver.

how do you know when to swallow it? When its completely powder?

im not swallowed it, i just wait when its gone im mounth, its take 20-30 min. try to use as little saliva

Angélique, google transascity sublingual vs oral and you'll find a link to a good report on the subject along with graphs and citations. Seems that I read somewhere that all oral E2 is micronized and therefore is able to be absorbed sublingually. Someone else might be able to provide more/different info on that. I would post a link but sometime in the past I was moderated for that.

I've tried it, and the tablet completely dissolves under the tongue with no residue in just a few minutes. I would recommend talking it over with your physician if you have some interest in it.
