Anyone know if Medicaid pays for breast augmentation in Louisiana

I got full coverage Medicaid today. I know they cover GRS, but do they cover breast augmentation too?

I haven't looked into it in a long while. It used to be that in some states that Medicaid dinged your life-long assets to cover the previous costs that you incurred. Is that still true?
