I finally discovered a trans group which isn't an hour away from where I live and they're gonna have a xmas party next sat. It'll be my first LGBTQ xmas party. Here's hoping I don't chicken out. Yay for social anxiety and being an introvert; a wonderful combination.

Cindy- good to hear you've finally found accommodation. Hope the party goes well :)

The last few years I've hosted a Xmas lunch for my friends, mostly GLBTQ peoples who have families who don't accept them or have no family.. I'm the only T in the bunch, but that's fine.

This year someone else is hosting - but I'll be helping cook as usual.
