Went to work in a sports bra today. I feel amazing!!!

This experience really makes me want to start HRT now!

I've been wearing a bra to work daily for about 1.5 years now.  I agree, it's great!

agreed, I remember when I was "required" to wear a bra, I like I was finally a member of the club. I being wearing a bra daily now for the best part of 7 years and I cant imagine anymore getting dressed and not putting on a bra. It so part of the routine.

Plus when you get a wear a bra, where your own flesh fills the cups is really cool.

Why were you "required"?  Was it due to breast growth on HRT?

I have never been required to wear a bra, I just want to.  In the fall of 2015, I went to a bra store for a fitting.  I told them I wanted a plain bra that I could wear daily.  I wound up with a couple of beige and 1 black bra.  However, they're only 38A.  I would prefer to be a bit larger.  I've been wearing daily ever since.
