This is insane!!!!

Love forever from Jon if any of you manage to crack this one.

So i've been at college all day. And i come home to see a strange dark patch on my bed... It's large... about 3ft length ways and about 1ft wide... and semi-circular. I touch it... and it's a damp patch.

But where in the hell did it come from!!!!?

The ceilings dry, so it couldn't be aleak or anything. Nothing on my bed is wet, it's not raining so it couldn't have been me sitting on my bed... And it appears to be soaking at one end, drying a bit more as it curls around to the other end.

I dont get it.

I dont get what in the hell could have caused it!!!!

the wet patch is about 3 times bigger than any of the lizards i have.

I'd blame the dog, but it doesn't smell of wee at all... it smells of nothing. Besides, my dog is a good dog and she never gets on my bed... even looks at me weird when i ask her too lol

We have a retriever that never gets on our bed usually (and certainly never wees on it) but last bonfire night before we got home from work they were letting fireworks off and she is terrified of them and she weed on the bed. I'm not saying it is your dog but fear of fireworks can make them do things out of the ordinary. Have you had a lot being let off round you in the last few days? how is she them? I don't know what else to suggest other than twilight zone

It couldn't been the dog for many reasons:

Fireworks aren't set off during the day,
she's old and cant really get up on the bed anymore without a lot of struggle,
the wet patch doesn't smell of anything, not even wee. Yes.. i smelled it >.>

Other family members? Maybe someone took a shower then ran and jumped on your bed....
Did you leave a window open? I hear drive-by-peeing is surprisingly common.

It could be a leak in the ceailing that originated elsewhere but ran along the underside before dripping down. It would feel dry.

You havn't been doing any excavations under your bed? might have hit a water pipe or something....

still could be the dog, it could have hopped up there scared from the fireworks and drooled/panted...?

there are no fireworks today at all.... which is typical since i got stuff for the dog to help her calm down 

and if it was the dog, it would reek of wee wee and it doesn't. Completely odorless... as if it was just plain water.

no leaking pipes... no strange discolouration in the ceiling, folks been out all day shopping. Even asked my mum and she's as bewildered as i am.

Could be that your bed is alive and was a bit hot and just sweated a bit, or perhapse a rogue cloud materialised in your bedroom while you wherent looking and rained on it!

Could be so many things tbh mind you, I live alone, so if it happened in my house (no pets apart from fish) I'd be absolutely bricking it lol

i flew all the way over to wherever you happen to live, got into your house, and poured a glass of water on your bed.  I took nothing so you wouldn't suspect it, just leaving that water on the bed so you will be confused and I will laugh as I read your attempts to figure it out!
