Chose dr Sanguan Kunaporn for my revision. Anyone else?

Aloha everyone.
I've decided to go to Dr Sanguan for my revisions in May of 2017. 
At first he didn't want to touch the work from dr Burin at PAI  but after telling him that I had revision consultation with him before and was not satisfied with what he was going to do, that I was hoping to see Dr Sanguan instead
Ofcourse all the conversation and embarrassing pics were done through their representatives  and not straight from him.
With a ton of back and forth through email this was his final reply.
Sanguan has replied as follows:

After studied the photos, I assume that I might be able to improve the appearance a bit better.
My plan is to do V-Y advancement of the penile skin above the clitoris and pull it down to cover the Clitoris, reduction of clitoris, labia minor construction by create the lip along the scrotal skin that represent labia majora currently and need some skin graft from her groin to help on this procedure, and resect excess and exposed red colon mucosa and replace that mucosa with skin graft.
But it means that there is no any constriction of the vaginal opening currently.
If I grade the improvement from 1 to 10, I assume that I can reach 6 from 10.

I guess a 6 is ok although I would love a 10.
A bit about my situation :

I had a very successful and beautiful sigmoid colon gsr through PAI with Dr Burin in May of 2012. The entire experience was so magical and wonderful.  I absolutely do not regret having done my surgery there. Unfortunately the final healed result is just not that great. Everything works , however, I have an exposed large clit with no hood , less than perfect lips , erectile tissue under my uterus, and my vaginal hole has red colon mucosa puffing out from it. Because of this I've been too embarrassed to have sex and I've abstained from it or anyone. I did have it blessed once while traveling , and besides the very weird stares from the guy it was easy as pie to have intercourse   
I  praying to all that is mighty and good that this revision comes out beautifully
I'll be staying in a nearby apartment for 2 weeks while in hospital and for recovery and then another week on the island ina hotel for relaxation and a little bit of luxury   

The price was quoted to me between the equivalent of $4000-6000 USD of which I am able to pay with a credit card ( mileage )

Anyone else have any wonderful experiences with Dr Sanguan for revisions recently or in the past ?
I'll be sure to keep everyone posted with my healing and with the final outcome.

I'm curious, it sounds like you're saying PAI the organization is good, but the work by Dr Burin, one of the surgeons who works there is not?

Dr bruins most recent work is beautiful. A friend of mine had it done and wow I wish mine looked like that. There are a few factors why maybe mine doesn't.
1. I was castrated 12 years prior ( by Preecha ) to the grs so I didn't have as much skin as hers.
I love PAI they room great care of me and Dr Burin is really sweet but No I do t think in general and except for the most recent one, that his skill and technique is that good. I was hoping to be done by Oreecha himself and I should've requested him. But again everything went well and I healed nicely and was and am in good health during and after surgery. The aesthetics ( which is very important ) wasn't so good for me. I was just going to deal with it and live with it as my change really went deep into a spiritual realm but I feel like I need to connect my spiritual to the physical so I'm going to give it one last try.

The reason why I'm interested in because my clitoris is still huge and protruding over my labia following my GRS over two months ago. My surgeon is trying to reduce the size of the clitoris with a cortisone injection. I wonder if he is going to give me another cortisone injection when I see him on January 23rd for a follow-up appointment.

Hi Caitlyn I'll be happy to share all that with you post surgery. Hoping others on here will be able to chime in or offer any time of experience review of kunaporn. I'm a bit nervous.  But I heard and read from a few posts that he is most excellent.

Hello! Thanks for making this thread as it's immensely helpful to others like me who are seeking a revision. I'm functionally alright but I'm unsatisfied with the aesthetics. Seeking a revision for the following:

- Labia majora is too loose
- No definition between the labia majora and minora. I would like the folds to be more prominent.
- Vagina suffers from the "gaping hole" problem. I would like to do anything that would make it look more 'closed'.

Suporn has rejected me as I'm not his patient. Chettawut said he can correct the loose majora issue, but declined to do any work on the other 2 points. I'm still in the midsts of negotiating with him.

Am also considering Dr Sanguan but I have not emailed him yet. However I have not been able to find any pictures of his works anywhere at all. I have also not been able to find many accounts online regarding his work either. I have some questions for you:

- Have you been able to find any pictures of his revision work for yourself?
- Given that PAI was not able to meet your expectations due to whatever reasons, how confident are you that Sanguan is able to achieve what he claims to do, and he isn't just selling you fluff?
- How long is the waiting time?
- Are there any other surgeons that you've considered?

Monamtb responded with her experiences and I'm quoting from her previous posts :

First one from that post is : I had my revision at PPSI now in July.

Dr. Sanguan and his staff have been absolutely tremendous and Dr. Sanguan surpassed my hopes for the revision by far!

The care at the clinic was absolutely excellent, rooms were spacious, clean and bright and the staff was simply wonderful.

Dr. Sanguan reduced the size of my clit to normal CIS clit size, fixed the elephant ear labia majora, created wonderfully defined labia minora, fixed the urethral vagina vestibule issue and reduced that to an acceptable amount were oral now is fun again.

The overall result is like a completely different genital compared to what Dr. Chettwaut created but I also want to add Dr. Chettawut's work on preserving nerves was excellent, since all of it is working just fine :-).

I do like Dr. Sanguan's approach for clitoroplasty better than that of my Thai papa Dr. Chettawut, but again, if you like a large clit Dr. Chettawut is definitely for you - I don't.

Should anybody be interested in before and after revision photos please send me a PM.

Just a side not on your post - and it's really sad to hear what happened to you.

There are also a few cases where Dr. Suporn was apparently not willing to correct bad results of his surgeries - so in that case, I believe the "Salvador Dali" geniuses in the SRS field have their opinion on their work.
I don't know if it will help you to uphold a - "what if I only .... " thought.

For you the question should be: who will fix this vesicovaginal fistula and what to do then.

I was also not really too happy cosmetically with Dr. Chett's result - and from my Thai sources the Thai kathoey prefer PAI or PPSI (Dr. Sanguan) to both the western favourites  - Dr. Chettawut is no choice because his cosmetic results are not appealing enough for them and Dr. Suporn is too expensive and has a reputation of being not as caring and loving as PAI or PPSI surgeons.
Surprisingly for me Dr. Sanguan gets way too few recognition and attention.

Dr. Sanguan's revision on my issues took a full 4 hours. Very few SRS surgeons will do that, and Dr. Sanguan confirmed, that revision work is done by only a few because it is so tricky, demanding and most of the time it's like performing a full SRS - which it was in my case. Dr. Suporn only does revisions on his patients.

Choose your steps wisely and make sure to make peace with your body and get its full support by loving and accepting it before you go into any other surgery - that is my advice from my experience as being a coach for surgeries.



NOW BACK TO ME:
I've heard of Dr Sanguan years ago but by his last name of dr Kunaporn.

PAI is a lovely institute, but unfortunately it just didn't work out for me   I did see Dr Burin aboutn2 years post op on my way to India for holiday but his recommendation for a revision was not what I thought it would be.

The communication between Dr Sanguan's staff and myself is really good and I'm scheduled for May of 2017 for my revision. I too have had a hard time finding pics of his revisions but I have seen 2 pictures of his work from his sight.
Currently the staff at PPSI has initiated a 3 way dialogue between myself , dr Sanguan and my Gyno to talk about her clinical notes on me with regards to my revision which I find very helpful. I'm just waiting in her to reply to them

So currently the process of communication etc is successful. I'm really praying for a miracle and feel confident that he can give it to me. I honestly do not regret doing my surgery with OAI , just wish it looked better. ESPECIALY with my sigmoid mucosa sticking out of my vagina hole.  But his recommendation of doing a skin graft sounds wonderful and I'm all booked up including 3 week stay in Phuket
I would love it if you could share additional information if you find it or if you get a hold of  Monamtb as I can't send messages in here because of my membership status. Thank you so much though for acknowledging my posts and responding. It means the world to me

I know this is an old thread, but I found it by looking for reviews of Dr. Burin and wanted to add mine.


The PAI clinic staff was very polite and curteous. The email communication was strained leading up to my departure date.
 
Its still early to say how things will look aesthetically 8 months from now..  but I'm sure I will have a 'gaping hole' as well. To be fair, after looking at my private area preop, he warned me it would be an 'open vagina'  but I assumed it would not be just a 'hole' with nothing around it like it is now.

Still hoping things will come together after the swelling is done.. but if it still looks as bad as it does now then I will probably just live with it.
