Let me start this by saying I absolutely LOVE makeup and trying out new style and looks are pure joy for me. But the point of the thread is to share brands that you like or that work for you and to let us know where you got it from so we can give it a try! Don't be afraid to post pictures of your look either that way we can "steal" your look of we like it!

I'll kick things off with my basic everyday look!
Makeup used:

Kat Von D Lock it Foundation ($35 @ Sephora)
Sephora Long lasting eyeliner Glitter Black ($12 @ Sephora)
Sephora Dramatic Volume Mascara ($12 @ Sephora)

I know sephora is on the price side but I highly recommend their makeup because it's totally worth the price tag and it's so much higher quality than say Wal mart makeup

I mostly use mac & revlon. Had not much luck with the cheap brands...

Yah.  I know I'm in trouble when the gal at the door greets me by name.  I don't buy THAT much.  Honest...

My personal transition path included medical changes.  The path others take may require no medical intervention, or different care.  We each find our own path. I provide these dates for the curious.

I've seen Revlon being highly recommended what products in that line have you tried out so far if you don't mind me asking?

HAHA same they always greet me and we have a bit of small talk before I get any shopping done. One of my good friends works there as a makeup artist actually and Sephora is where I learned everything I know about applying and makeup techniques. It's a wonderful store and very trans friendly imo.

I actually got some very good product through Mary Kay.
What you look forward to has already come, but you do not recognize it.
