Don't want to see specific dosages. But what did you feel when your estrogen levels were increased?  I am feeling much, much better and wondering why I fought increasing doses.

Just doubled a few weeks back, trying to get a measurable (> 50 pg/mL) serum level.  I had more emotional swings, a couple of bad dips, but I realized that I was messing with some primordial neuroendocrine stuff, and just resolved to push through and not make any important decisions.  (OK, so I sold my old Miata and bought a shiny new Prius.  Other than that, nothing drastic... ;) )

Things leveled off after a week or so, and overall I felt better, more energy, and less tendency to just stall on actually doing anything each day.  So, yeah, better after a few days.

Your supposed to feel different with higher estrogen levels ??? Granted my only experience with higher levels has been none or upper menopause levels but emotionally I haven't noticed any difference.
