Since beginning T - I mean literally the same day I started it - I haven't had the same quality of dreams.

They are very different. More vivid, more interesting, less dark or dreary for sure. When I wake up I can remember them properly. I haven't had something resembling a nightmare since, and those used to be the only dreams I could remember. The subjects of the dreams are much more random and intriguing as well.

Before I used to dream more about things I knew, people I knew, experiences I'd already had... and now they seem to be just going off doing their own thing, having their own adventures. Way less inhibited for sure.

Did anyone else notice a difference in their dreams?

Yeah. When my E got higher I actually had the opposite effect. My dreams turned much darker, been having nightmares for the past few months now.

Could just be Chance with me though. I have a history or vivid night terrors, though the past few years they had diminished greatly. Still something to note.

I don't think so; I've always had vivid dreams which are about completely random stuff. Your dreams have probably changed simply bcos of changes to your life rather than the T.
They/them pronouns preferred.

Very little in my life has changed atm.

Did you notice other changes in how your brain was processing things on T when awake? I definitely have.

That's interesting. For me it's the exact opposite. I used to have really vivid dreams (and I was always some random guy going on adventures in made up worlds). After T I barely ever dream and if I do I'm me and it's a lot more about my actual reality.

That's probably how it works.

I know I always had dreams. Most times I never really remember what they were, except the flying ones. They're cool. After starting HRT things changed. I started to remember dreams. Dreams some how reflected what my conscious mind always rejected. Dreams began to show me there was a future, not just a present as I knew it

Well.. at least the ones I remember. For whatever reason that I wish I knew why, the flying ones are about non-existent. I so loved just grabbing the corners of my jacket, letting the wind fill my sails, and off I go over the roof tops and trees, dodging power lines.

I feel hyper aware as always but feel slightly calmer now because I no longer have a lot of dysphoria.
