Fat transfer/BBL with Dr Kenneth Hughes in LA

Hi,

Is anybody thinking about getting fat transfer or Brazilian butt lift. I have decided to go to Dr Kenneth Hughes for that. But problem is I live in Denver and don't have anyone to go with me to LA. I can hire a nurse for 2 days and can get accommodation for 2-3 weeks in LA. It would make it easier If I  can find someone else to accompany me who is also wanting to get those procedures.

I absolutely plan to have the procedure done, but I'm a long way from being able to. To me, it's  one of the most important steps of gender correction. Maybe someone else on this forum will be able to help you.

Hope you guys get there soon too. I waited too for 1.5 years and  it worked really well in helping me achieve 23.5-37 waist to hip ratio through hormones, exercise and some waist training . Now it's mostly shaping those areas and making it more perfect.

I was considering either end of Jan or sometimes in feb. I am pretty flexible as I am self employed. Also I choose Dr Hughes as I am fairly thin and he is very good at safely and aggressively extracting fat on thin people aka skinny fat bodies.

You might want to consider going to Dr Aslani in Marbella in Spain. He also gives fantastic results from BBL. See:

Thanks for the info. I have heard about Dr Aslani on ReAlself, but never paid too much attention because of his location. But now I am totally amazed after seeing those results. He is totally worth the trip to Spain. His butt implants results look really good too. He is now definitely on my list if my BBL Fails to give the desired outcome. Plus having  Jennynest makes the recovery ordeal so much easier.

Dr Aslani quoted me Euros 6300 for the Brazilian Butt Lift, but for me recommended the two stage process.

Do contact him as the team there are really great.

Flights are really easy to Malaga Airport and Jenny's Nest team will collect you  from the airport and take you back there afterwards and take you to and from Dr Aslani's clinic.

Is 6300 euros for both stages or just one? When are you scheduled to go?

I am 6 days post of from bbl and super swollen but very happy with the results given I was thin to begin with. Dr hughes focused more on my buttocks than hips and it now just pops out. But I think if I were to do it again, I would choose dr Aslani since it's almost half the cost.

I am 17 days postop and recovery is tough, feels like I haven't slept on my back for ages. But at the same time it is so worth it. I would definitely do it again.

I am self employed so wfh is not an issue. I still have discomfort from the liposuction and uncomfortable/restless from always being on the stomach. In the last 17 days, the only time I sat was on the flight back to denver( that too using bbl pillow and mainly using thighs/back though I was standing as much as possible). I get tired easily from standing too much or even walking a bit. Due to this I spend most of my day laying  on my stomach while getting up every 45 minutes or so

I plan to continue this way till 4 weeks mark and then resuming daily routine activities. Hope the fat survives because this has been a lot of work.

Hi all,  Not been around here for a few years but came back mooching for info on BBL and body contouring as I think it's my last great hang-up post-transition.  Super pleased to see so many options becoming available for us now, so I've started looking into options for myself.   Checked out procedures & prices in the UK, Spain, Belgium and Poland thus far, and the best looking options returned so far are from the UK (LBPS), Spain (OceanClinic - not heard back yet from Dr. Aslani) and Belgium.

Prices vary wildly, from the incredibly reasonable (OceanClinic) to the typically bonkers (UK, obvs.)  - so far I'm definitely inclined towards OceanClinic - as Dr. Kaye has done some work on me before - also any excuse to visit Marbella is a bonus.

I'm currently quite overweight (a tall UK16/18) but I'm wondering if I should re-double my efforts to shift a bit of that first even with the requirements for sufficient fat to harvest.

Contact Dr Aslani on admin@cirumed.es.  Marlena or Carolina are normally very responsive to enquiries and Marbella is a great place to have surgery.

You should also contact Jenny's Nest as the girls there will really look after you post surgery to get you into a position where you can fly home once you have done post operative r&r.
