Problems Getting United Health Care to Pay

Hi Ladies!

Has anyone had problems getting UHC to pay for the procedures they say they cover?

My surgeon says they are so bad that it is not worth it. I plan on having my orchiectomy in April, and the timing is critical to my timeline, and they said that it wold take well into the fall to get the authorization from UHC.

Anyone having the same or different experience? Has anyone been successful getting UHC to pay for what they say they will pay for?
