Dysphoria about Whole Body Appearance

so i been on HRT 2 Years now and now starting my 3rd year i am 3 months into it.

i am 28 started at 26 & going to be 29 next month.

i been taking the shots but cant find them any more switched to Patches and they do not seem to be working at all, im going to try pills when i see dr next.

History:
before i started it looked totally man

months after starting and with in 1 year i looked like a 17 year old boy with girl appearance at times and had people saying is that a guy or girl i cant till

to starting into the 2nd year and starting to look more like a 24 year old and losing my female appearance.

now starting 3 years and  all i hear is hi sir and the age they give me is that of a 24 year old & at times a 19 year old guy.

i also keep putting on weight and cant lose it went from 173lb to 210lb... with in 1 year

i dont know what is going on how would the Doctor know if my body is rejecting the HRT...

also i still have the male parts

the Breasts i would say are about A34 or less think of a hostess snow ball cup cake thing.

i also starting to notice my chest hair growing back longer and white/blonde....

arm hair starting to go a little black again.

with in 6 motnhs of hrt my first year the arm hair turned blonde and all hair tiny and fine

Facial hair is growing back with in 18hrs right after i shave with a shape razor.


i dont know what's going on.

i have been feeling different

Hopeless

Depressed etc

Sleeping in for hours sometimes close to 24hours

Other days i will stay up for 24 to 48 hours and NOT feel sleeply at all but lots of energy
then i will sleep and only sleep for 6 hours maybe 12 and then wake up and still feel sleepy... and pattern restarts

then Feb comes all the same issues as before but now i am feeling small pains on the lower left side of chest and sometimes to the right

my sense of smell seems heightened & i can smell a lot of things and it makes me sick i wanna throw up like today all i could smell was this bucket of chocolate in the lobby and all i wanted to do was cover it up

this past week i dont feel hungray and i wanna throw up and sick feeling and headaches

had a  headache when i woke up to go to bed to wake up with it again it was a 24 hour  headache

oh yeah for got the best part

since October each time i Ejaculate its not just clear stuff that comes out

most times its Dark red stuff or light red stuff that i think might be blood got to the point where now i just wear a rubber dont wanan take the chance...

each time its red... not once since then has it just been clear

and the Urine

most days is a little Fishy or days i swear to god it smells like a lite hint of Pus.

but comes out light yellow

i hope this info helps y'all as it dose not help me nor my stupid doctors who are locst and confused as much as i am

this HRT makes me feel as if im going in blind.

Also my Insurance wont cover SRS and unless i get a letter saying its an Emergency & even if they did cover it most of the Doctors i called said the reimbursement is a joke and not wort it

same for a Orchiectomy

i wish there was a way to make it an emergency arrr

You may discuss most medication as long as you don't provide the dosage. You may also provide test results but make sure you include the units so others will be able to interpret them.

I am not a doctor but it sounds like you may have developed a UTI (urinary tract infection). Normally you have the urge to go more often and it can be painful but not everybody experiences pain the same way. This can be simply tested by providing a urine sample to the doctor and treatment is oral antibiotics. Make sure you follow the doctors instructions as UTIs are more difficult to control in male hardware.

It's also possible the UTI is not localize as it has gone on for so long and it's in you kidneys. If this is the case, it could explain the remainder of your sick symptoms. I suggest you see a doctor as soon as possible to check this out. When I developed one, I knew I had it bad and went to the emergency room. It was rather costly but as I didn't have a regular doctor at the time, it was worth it.
