How should I deal with headaches? I can't take pain killers as they clash with my other pills.

Water...dehydration is a common cause
Fresh air....if you can't manage a walk then just getting outside for a bit
Darkened Room
Peppermint Tea
Green Tea
coffee...can also make it worse instead of better
chocolate dark 70% cocoa
