Okay, so I'm genderfluid (DFAB) and I'm usually more masculine, but I've only come out to my friends. I would like to come out to my parents sometime soon so I can transition easier, but I have extreme anxiety with paranoia and delusions so I'm not sure how to even begin on that. What the heck should I do?

Welcome to Susan's Place. With those conditions, it sounds like you are already in therapy. If so, you might want to win the support of your therapist first and then have a joint session with you, your therapist and your parents to explain this to them. Gender dysphoria isn't associated with any of the condition you have and it can exist independently of the other conditions. This will be difficult for you to believably tell your parent but your therapist should be able to explain this for you.

We issue to all new members the following links so you will best be able to use the web site.
