A federal judge has issued an injunction to stop a suburban Pittsburgh school district from enforcing a policy that bars transgender students from restrooms that match their gender identities.

It is so hard to believe that people are spending their valuable time trying to do this stuff politically. Zero impact on societal safety, simply a "culture war" item to fight so that people who were horrified that people can actually marry whom they choose now, can feel like there is so hope of turning society back.

If LGTBQi people and rights were entirely accepted in our culture it would be a better culture for sure, but it also would not be worse for conservatives, various religious people, people who love tradition etc. It has really zero effect on their ability to maintain their values and live their lives.

This has been an ongoing legal issue here in my neck of the woods, so glad to see that at least some in PA are supportive

This is very encouraging news.  Fingers crossed for the coming SCOTUS review of Gavin Grimm's case.  I hope that goes well.
