February goal shortfall

Due to a shortfall in the February goal, $175.95 has been removed from the operational buffer,  this leaves $580.85. The total raised after Paypal fees were deducted was $1,824.05, plus the $175.95 from the operational buffer is a total of $2,000, the minimum needed to pay the monthly expenses.

Thanks to David Soper for his generous donation of $500.00, along with the rest who stepped up during the last month, or else the operational buffer might have been almost totally wiped out.
