I can sleep at night finally, was hired in by a trans and crossdresser friendly place on Thursday. The job position was for a president of human resources and my new boss saw potential in me during the interview on Monday.Did everything right and he respected I am a full time crossdresser.I was working until 3 weeks ago,ex boss let me go for no reason.I interviewed at a couple other places and no phone calls from them.Met up with my new boss today dropping my things off in my new office area and we talked.Said he is very respectful to the crossdressing and transgendered communites and I am a normal person in life.I was so happy to hear that and going to be very happy there on Monday.Basically said I needed to be treated better. My co workers are even great to me and glad I will have support from them.My last work place,a little bit support from them.I am not alone there, have a couple co workers there that are trans. It's a shop and everyone gets along there which I thought is cool.

My place is great like that, too. The only question they asked me was, "TBI patients can sometimes be cruel and thoughtless. Will you have a problem if one treats you badly because you're transgender?" My response of, "I only get bothered by people I respect acting like that", was good enough for them. Working for clinical psychologists can be great!
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

They say the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train. I say, climb aboard!

My new co workers reacted very well seeing I crossdress fulltime.I pretty much follow the dress code too just like for my genetic female co workers too, anything short and revealing is a huge no.Knee length max for skirts and dresses is allowed.

I do admit there have been positive changes in the work place for crossdressers and transgendered people.Know I am going to be happy there and the only co worker I have not met yet is the accountant. She was not there and meet her on Monday

Have you met that last remaining co-worker yet?
