So if you are taking  T and you accidentally get pregnant how will you know since you don't get periods? Like what are some signs/symptoms

Without periods; I would think that you'r uterus wouldn't prepare for pregnancy and that you wouldn't produce eggs. Thus, how would you get pregnant?

Unusual nausea, esp. in the mornings.

That nausea can set in later; it's not necessarily one of the early symptoms, and many people don't get it at all. Sadly for me, I got it at 8 weeks with my eldest and I had it all day, every day until after I'd delivered. :(

A common early symptom is for your chesticles to ache. They'll feel bruised if you press on them or if you lie on your front. This is true even if you've had top surgery, because surgeons tend to leave some tissue behind and that responds to pregnancy hormones. You may also feel more emotional than usual.

If in doubt, just do a pregnancy test: they look for a hormone produced by the placenta so they're not affected by T.

It's entirely possible to fall pregnant whilst on T, even without having periods.
