Its been a harsh month for me.  Lately my mind has been very weak.  I feel the stress in my body but I don't know how to relieve my stress.  I know being male you have testosterone and the energy to work out.  So what is a healthy way.. for mtf to relieve extra stress and have more of a possitive thought and brain?

If you don't have the energy to work out, I'd be talking to your endo about that. You should feel good and have energy. If you don't, something's amiss.

I agree.  A lack of energy isn't the hormones.  It could be any number of other things though including stress, inadequate sleep, not enough food, or sickness.

What personally makes me feel good is running and walking a lot, but some would say I'm OCD with that :-).  Lately I've changed my food to a very low carb and high fat diet and that also makes me feel good and full of energy.

Last year I was feeling run down and was blaming the hormones.  In hindsight though it was more likely too much exercise with not enough food.

After all your years in the service you're accustomed to that, I'll bet!

It could be. Too little of E (or T) can result in fatigue and lack of energy.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

Yes, I misspoke.  When I was blaming hormones last year I was blaming zero T.  But at the time my E was in a good range.  Since then I discovered that if I get the other things right, stress, sleep, diet, and exercise, then having zero T, with adequate E does not result in low energy.

My last reading was 0.05 for T and my E was in the 3-4oo's I think...anyway I can't get the sleep thing right so am constantly feeling fatigued...however I am now getting that back under control and most nights I will get about 4-5 hrs broken in two lots but I was lucky to get three. Having said that more recently I have coinsitently gotten 5 hrs which is like a zap of energy!!

Depression can also cause lack of energy.
