I've been feeling very poorly about my face of late.. I've really been considering FFS, but maybe I just need more time on hormones but who knows.  Anyone else's opinion?

Few shots with no makeup and hair pulled back..  I really hate my profile

Now some more done up photos from better angles..

Finally me w/no makeup this morning..

You've got a great start -- if you got FFS, I believe you'd get some fabulous results!  Forehead, upper lip, chin and jaw (your nose is fine).

A dear friend, who transitioned in the 1970s and passed just fine for over 20 years, got the works from Dr O and called it "the real sex reassignment surgery."  I have to agree.
What you look forward to has already come, but you do not recognize it.

FFS can do wonders! But it also (like any surgery) can have unintended consequences.

I also hated my profile and now I LOVE it so much. =)

That being said, I've had to get used to the fact that the bridge of my nose is 'wider' than it used to be and my eyes seem slightly smaller based on how much brow bone was taken out of the areas close to those.

Worth it? yes.
Would I do it again? yes.

It would have been nice to give myself time to understand these unintended consequences first though.
