For this morning's breakfast I kept it simple and made ham and eggs with shredded cabbage wilted in butter.

...Entire pint of ice cream.  It hasn't been a great day.

EDIT: It was almond caramel fudge [emoji170]

Entire pint?  Well, Amanda what flavor was it? I hope it was delightful and made your day better.

I keep hearing about curry. I love curry and seldom have it. You girl may force me to do something drastic when I'm at the store tomorrow. I wonder how curried venison stew would taste? Hmmm...

Gertrude's breakfast sounds really good to me.  I could make a few and refrigerate, ready to grab breakfasts for a few days.

I most often cook rolled oats with flaxseed meal, real not instant oatmeal.  It has a different texture than the instant stuff, and a different mix of carbs that digest more slowly, a lower glycemic index.

Runner up for cooking is a simple scramble with sautéed diced peppers and onions, a half English muffin, and butter or reduced sugar preserves.
Earth my body, water my blood, air my breath and fire my spirit.

My personal transition path included medical changes.  The path others take may require no medical intervention, or different care.  We each find our own path. I provide these dates for the curious.

Incredible probably. Maybe a venison vindaloo? Indian food is complex. Just try making a decent Garam masala, but it's worth it.

I have some grocery shopping to do this morning so it's a quick chorizo and scrambled egg burrito today.

Ahh Yes, it's breakfast time again.
This morning it's one of my frittata sort of dishes. made by mixing 3 eggs, a little milk, Scarborough fair seasonings and salt & pepper, ham, yellow and orange bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and jalapenos, then cooking slowly in a covered small fry pan. I served it with a sprinkling of sharp cheddar cheese and mandarin orange slices.

Bon Appetit,
   Laura or Jeanette

  Good morning girls and guys.

It's a meat lovers omelet this morning. Ham, Italian sausage, and bacon smothered with sharp cheddar cheese. Served with mushrooms and dice onion sauteed in butter, garlic, salt and pepper and a dash of white wine. Mandarin orange wedges on the side.

  Bon Appetit.

Thank you. If you have a smart phone, check out the Faceapp or Face App. For a few bucks it unlocks some features. It's gives an idea how one would look otherwise.
