I have a big problem with facial hair. I can sit there and shave for 8 hours straight. Electric razor, blade razor, Nair, whatever. Even at the end of it all I still have 5:00 shadow that I absolutely can't get rid of. How can I hide this? A woman with a hairy blue chin doesn't pass very well.

Assuming you have a black beard and fair skin, you need an orange base coat. Some people use lipstick but there are profession solutions which are stage makeup. It's possible a good makeup counter will have something that will work. I also did a search and found this.

Or electrolysis.  It takes a long time to get rid of it all, if you want it off, start sooner.  You may be surprised how soon it makes a difference in your shadow.

I figured if it's that dark, laser would work well. It's cheaper and quicker too.

I've tried orange base coat, I've tried pink.  The problem with mine is that I have to apply it with a trowel to get it thick enough to look halfway good color wise, and it makes for a total drag queen look.  I might need to play with more colors but it is pretty discouraging for me as well.  I've tried those color correctors with dermablend over the top and still no bueno.

Laser, however, has knocked down a ton of my whiskers.  It might not be 100% permanent for every hair, but wow does it mow through them in a hurry.

Before starting electrolysis I tried Vichy Dermablend and it did a good job. It's also helpful to apply foundation, then some matte powder and another layer of foundation.

I've been looking for a semi-affordable electrolysist around here, but so far I'm coming up short. I would do laser, but there's just one problem. It will royally screw up my tattoos. I am planning on going to the mall soon and get my colors done. We'll see how that goes. That is if I can find a cosmetologist comfortable enough to help out a t-girl.

Dermablend has been my savior.   I have dark brown nearly black hair and have had years of laser and electrolysis.  I sort of gave up on laser/electrolysis for now.   The Dermablend covers everything and I'm good through an entire work day.
