labia growth??

So I just started t 3 weeks ago and my clit has definitely gotten bigger. Today I noticed that, when walking, something was rubbing against my underwear or something. It felt like rug burn... anyways, I looked down there and it looks like my labia grew.... does that happen on testosterone?? How does anyone else cope with that?? Rug burn is very uncomfortable.  Hope it's not tmi. .. but I need help!!

I didn't experience any labia growth until I was on DHT and that was from accidental exposure (you apply to your clitoris so its easy for some to wipe off). If you're comfortable with it, I would start taking pics now and show your doctor the next time you see them.

Over time you'll desensitize. You could use a numbing medication. I think some guys have used tooth pain gel down there with success.

Max, I wasn't aware you had labia growth from DHT.  Do you mean the labia minora?  If so, do you think it makes sense for men to rub the DHT on there, prior to meta surgery?  This would mean potentially girthier phallus since part of the use of the minora is to create girth of the phallus.

Minora for sure and slightly to the majora as well. I do think guys should be putting it on the minora pre-meta, especially if they are not on the thick side. The difference in size for the majora pre-DHT and on DHT was very slight but it was obvious to me.
