Everyday I struggle with crippling anxiety and depression. I hate everyone. I'm lonely with no one but my SO on my side. My anxiety and depression prevents me from doing even the most mundane tasks, I have to bring my SO when going to the store because I can't go in without an anxiety attack. What do the people's stares mean? Do I pass , dam pretty sure that guy clocked me. It gets to the point where I will literally be mute weeks on end. How do I deal with all the social pressure?

This sounds like you have a situation that needs professional treatment.

Severe anxiety is nothing to brush off. Having a SO there is helpful, but at some point you need to seek professional help. I think you are at that point. Do not delay in talking to a counselor face to face. Internet forums and chat rooms are not a substitute for help from a licensed counselor. Any of us will say what our personal experience is, which may or may not apply to your situation.

Again, make an appointment with a professional counselor licensed in your location.

What is an SO?

My advice for immediate relief is don't look at other people while doing mundane tasks like going in the store.  If anyone wants to talk to you, make them put in the effort rather than feeling it is your responibility to speak.  Don't think of it as "being shy" but rather "playing coy".  That's something you can try.

Another thing you can do is be prepared with certain go-to responses.  When I use the public restroom, I have an idea in my mind of what to say if questioned.  No one has ever questioned me or done anything to suggest they clocked me in a public restroom, and I'm not even very passable.

You can call the Trans Lifeline at (877) 565-8860 if you need more advice from people who have actual experience with being trans.  I have had no success with run-of-the-mill therapy or psychiatry.  Good luck.
