Organization / People that really support transgender

There are many organizations and people that tell that they advocate for transgender people, but all the time I ask things to many of them I don't get any answer or I am told I cannot help you. I had contact with the NCTE, asked for contact and help and was turned down. Contacted Caitlyn Jenner, never got an answer, They are all out for money but how much help are they giving to the community?

What are your experiences? Is it time to be strong and together?
I am a transgender woman, I have been this way all my life. I was filled with guilt at a very young age, a victim of a society that did not understand what it means to be free and yourself. I tried to adapt and flee from my real self by being a workaholic, eating, drinking and doing all in extremes.
Do we have to do the same now to transgender kids? Do they have to suffer all their lives? What about giving them a chance to live like normal people and be happy?
Help to protect transgender kids from bullies, transphobia and hate. Give them a chance.

Thanks for answering.

I need help in different ways:
1 - I am a writer and would like support from my community. Apparently they only help the rich and famous.
2 - I am  a trans activist and would like to share information and support for the different actions. In South Florida I have some groups that I lead and take part. One group that I organize is the South Florida TG Social non profit.
