I inject every 5 days to keep levels as stable as possible but still, levels drop quite rapidly. To all those who inject estradiol valerate specifically, did any of you try injecting at different frequencies, say 10-14 days vs 7 or less days? Did you notice any effects from the change (IF that was the only change) on breast growth, feminization, etc?

I'm post-op so I don't take any anti-androgens. I've been on hormones since 2004.

7 days, I don't feel any meaningful differences in cycling but then I also know I process it slowly -- very low dose so that would be expected.

Estradiol valerate injections every 7 days. I noticed more breast growth and mood change when I switched from pills to injections. Since then I've felt pretty stable. Breast growth slow and stopped after about 9 months on injections so we added progesterone after SRS and it restarted. I get an occasional feeling of euphoria the day after the injection but that's rare and fairly mild.

I get the feeling the effects from E. Valerate dissipate quite fast in me, levels drop very fast and this could account for why I do poorly on it (i.e. breast growth) vs. pills or gels where levels remain high and stable. Some perhaps metabolize it slower than I do on injections. Everyone is different.
