Sore nipple and lactating?

So, for the first time in my life I am now lactating.... is this normal, i wasnt even sure MtFs could. My nipple (only one) is super sore and is now lactating.... is this normal :S???

That doesn't sound normal.  I would be alarmed.  You should definitely ask your doctor to figure out why it's happening.

I'm not trying to concern you but you need to go to your Dr., Honey. Its generally not something you want. You need to have your prolactin levels checked soon.

You should delete the dosage.

Prolactin as mentioned before needs to be monitored by blood test. As recommended, make an appointment or a blood test. My prolactin is elevated but steady. I have sore nipples but that is the norm.

Just an update... now i am having discharge coming out of both nipples... One is super sensitive. Good news is it seems to be a clear milky substance, with absolutuey no blood coming out and no lumps to be found. So I can cross a tumor off my list (hopefully)

Kinda long hisotry.

Estrogen from oct-2015 to oct 2016 until I restarted it again in December of last year.. been on them each day no skipping since then

If....and it's rare...very rare. If you had a tumor that caused lactation, it would be in your pituitary gland which is located at the base of your brain. Generally benign, the pressure and damage can cause blindness. Feeling or lumps in your breasts in no way are  an indicator of anything. Please do not discount what's occuring in your life and see your Doctor asap. Better safe than sorry. Just want you to be safe and well.

I am under a DR's care, and last i saw someone things were fine back then it seemed.

I was going to call anyway to be on the safe side. Yikes, i really hope it isnt a tumor.. i do wana live. And what a crappy thing to get now, when i am actually getting happy with life. Lol, maybe I could discover something else ?? Maybe im intersex hehehe.... i dont want cancer

That makes me breath a small sigh of releif . I still had all the intentions in the world to go to make an appointment to see a DR, but i cant do anything until tomorrow. Living in a small town few big things are open. I just hope it isnt a tumor.. my fear would be that they make me go off HRT and back to T taking over again, that paranoid concern is what made me have an upset morning this morning
