Do you think the hair removal could be done after if need be? For instance with a penile inversion technique if there is hair on the donor material your at high risk for having hair growth inside the vagina that requires medical attention rather than any willing electrolysis tech. Thinking that with his technique that would be a non issue. I still plan to get electrolysis in the area, in fact I've already stated but if scheduling would was easier before all hair removal was complete it would be nice to have the option to finish it after surgery. Thanks for answering all my questions!

I was really scared about hair removal.  I'd had my faced Lasered 12 years ago and that was not easy. I thought my bottom would be awful. The newest laser equipment is making it a breeze compared to my face.

The state of the art Laser equipment suctions about a one square inch section up tight and then zaps it. I just had my second clearing Monday and she did the entire area in about 15 minutes!!  She's done 24 other women prior to surgery.  I'm having 2 more clearings and I'll be done.  This state of the art Laser process has cost a fortune ($750) but has been well worth it. . .

That must be fairly new.  I don't recall that sort of thing when I went for laser a few years ago.  One thing I noticed is that some areas, such as where the bone is close to the surface, hurt a lot more than other areas.  For example, my ankles hurt a lot more than my genitals.
I'm a 65 year old male who has been thinking about SRS for many years.  I also was a  full cross dresser for a few years.  I wear a bra, pantyhose and nail polish daily because it just feels right.

Started HRT April 17, 2019.

Gail, do you have the model/type of this laser? I'd be interested in learning more. Thanks!

Wow, I have been so busy lately with studies and running our company that i forgot to do my 5 month update.

For the first time ever in my life i have experienced what a UTI feels like... and i HATE it! It's mostly gone now but before i got on antibiotics it was just constantly needing to pee, however, i didnt get the pain some get with a UTI.

Still haven't had sexy time with my husband yet and probs won't until i pick my act up with dialation, we did try but I am too tight. I think maybe i should have dialated beforehand tbh. Foreplay and other activities suffice though.

In respect to my vagina and everything down there, all is well expcept for the stupid UTI ::) I do wish I did have hair removal beforehand, because now it's just another hassle i need to take care of.

Some questions for those who read this and may have answers; Any suggestions of probiotics to take with antibiotics (cephalexin)? Do you recommend continuing dilation while treating a UTI? Any general advice on UTI's? i've read online that they can be recurring sometimes?  :-\

Oh yeah, my boobs are fabulous, hair transplants are excellent although on one side i think i may have an ingrown hair  lol my forehead surgery results are finally starting to show. With my forehead it looked as though there was a small drop in the surface in a tiny area which i was going to email my surgeon about, however, i remember reading some girls on here say wait for the results to come through and funnily enough the little drop in that area has evened out with the rest of my forehead. ;D

I am back on my keto diet, starting at 78kgs  :embarrassed: and am enjoying it. I mostly need to lose belly fat, just don't want to lose my booty  ;D I think i would like to go down to 70kgs, however, toning and losing fat are my priorities atm.

Anywho, I hope everyone is happy and enjoying life  :)

Until next month, Ciao Bella  :-*

Sometimes UTIs just happen but there are things that help as I went 33 years before I got my first one. Wipe front to back and never reuse toilet paper. Keep it clean down there and make sure all the skin folds are taken care of. Drink plenty of water and after you dilate or have sex, pee to flush anything out of the urethra that might have gotten in there. Also it help if you wear cotton underwear as it wicks moisture away preventing bacteria growth. Yes, I know the nylon ones are sexier but cotton is better.

As for probiotics, I have never used them with an antibiotic because your body will replace the required bacteria soon enough but if you want to take something, it wouldn't hurt.

Hey Dena,

Thanks heaps for the response. I will def take your suggestions on board. Yeah I actually prefer cotton to nylon so no probs there, but I have increased my water intake and been taking some vitamin c tabs. The symptoms have almost gone but i have to finish my course of anti biotics.

I thought of taking a probiotic to help the regrowth of good bacteria as i understand antibiotics to wipe out all bacteria good and bad. It just sucks though because i never get sick, only an ear ache every year around winter but i never even got that this year.. yet (touch wood), but it's winter here in Australia now so we shall see.

Thanks heaps for responding  ;D

Take care x

Bubbles, how is the tightness so far and is intercourse possible now?  Does dilation help make it less tight?

Congratulations on your successsfull GCS.
I al also considering visitign Dr.Kaushik for my GRS soon.
May i ask what the wait times for your surgery were?
Can you reocmmend any hotels for a stay?

Also i have a somewhat unusual question.
I hear a lot of people discussing the abdominal scar.
I however have durign my transition lsot a substential amoutn fo weight and i am nto sure yet but i might be in need of a tummy tuck which leaves a rather wide scar anyway.
I havent seen the incision from a sigmoid colon vagionplasty yet but do you think the part of skinw oudl be removed in a tummy tuck operation anyway?

Hey everyone,

I hope everyone is doing well  :-*

I haven't been around in months due to 'life' lol. Just wanted to provide an update on my results with Kaushik re GCS, BA and FFS.

GCS - My vagina is doing great, im still lazy with dilation and i hate it. I ended up buying some soul source dilators and wow they hurt. I've only tried number 2 lol it had me so sore lol. I am thinking about getting some prescribed numbing gel to use while dilating. I think because i take such long breaks in between dilation i still bleed a tiny bit after dilation (have inspected for granulation tissue and it's not that, thankfully). I will ask anyone who has experienced this, whether after dilating did you swell? i find that its a bit harder to go to the toilet and i've put it down to me being silly and using a larger dilator after not dilating for so long. I haven't lost any depth or anything like that it's just a lack of consistency with dilation. I am able to have amazing orgasms and have amazing sensation, the aesthetic is great but i am thinking whether i want to reduce my labia majora, it's not huge but i personally am a fan of the smaller labia majora's that can be seen on results online. Discharge is something i was asked about quite a bit here and i can say it stops. The discharge stops quite quickly but my vagina cleans itself out weekly, which i see as a positive. How did you all deal with dilation? i can't stand the sight of blood, even the smallest amount. How did you get to the biggest soul source dilator? lol it scares me. I was thinking about using them just for the vaginal entrance to increase width because length isn't an issue, any thoughts on doing this? Anyway, i am happy with my vagina but could return for some minor touch ups if i want to be picky lol.

BA - Ok, so with my breasts i have found that my breasts took a while to fall into their natural pockets and i have noticed they have gotten softer over time, they're shaking now haha :) but... one of my breasts did have stretch marks on it which i believe is a result of the implant being too large for my chest. I will say though, my skin is very prone to stretch marks and its always been that way but anywho, if you ever experience this girls, Palmers cocoa butter is your best friend! One last pooint, i have noticed that my left breast has fell into what i think is its pocket and moves very freely whereas my right breast hasn't done it as much, it just sits nice and perky but jiggly as well lol, i mean it still moves and is soft but it doesn't move and shake like my left boobie lol anyway i love them, titsianna and booberini.  ;D

FFS - I think it was botox shots in the jawline that kaushik did to soften the muscle or whatever lol i cant tell whether it is still working or what because i've put on weight. My forehead i had done is good, i want to have some extra work done though (either semi-permanent filler or fat transfer) and also want to get some more hair transplants to increase the density in the areas that i got done. But i will say Kaushik can do hair transplants, mine have grown so fast and i didnt follow the instructions in using the rogaine or whatever lol. Other work that i hope to get in the future are a chin reduction and cheek implants and maybe a buccal fat pad removal. OH and my tracheal shave is awesome! my scar is  fading finally, thankfully.

I will say though ladies, if you are going to have sigmoid technique you will need to change your diet. Like, no processed foods or fast food/take away, especially pizza. Stick to chicken/fish/veggies, i made the mistake of over-indulging in fast food and it makes you gassy and blocked and isn't a good feeling at all lol I can eat them now and not have any problems but im 10 months post op, oh and please make sure you drink a whole lot of water, it  is your best friend. Keep in mind im still basically recovering and i don't intend to say im out of recovery until february which will be my 1 year anniversary :)

P.S. any recs on a surgeon who is awesome at BBL or fat transferring? I am worried about having more surgeries done though, I've seen a report released recently like a week ago, a surgeon here in Australia described a patient who went to malaysia to have dramatic weight loss surgery and the day after he arrived back home he died. There was a huge emphasis on the standard of care and the difference between Australia and other countries and the whole idea of flying back home too early after having surgery in a foreign country. I will admit, it scared me a lot. If i'vve missed anything here i'll probs come back and update it  :)

Kind regards,

Hey girl,

When you say the dilators hurt, do you mean the entire length of your vaginal canal, or just the opening? I was under the impression that dilation wasn't going to be painful after this procedure?

Btw, if you're looking for a good BBL surgeon, Dr Aslani in Spain is really good. He did mine, and my body is a curvy hourglass, without looking like.. well, without looking fake. However, my bone structure was very feminine preop, and all my body fat is subcutaneous, which means it was all transferable. What I'm saying is YMMV, and my milage was being genetically blessed beforehand. My body has always been feminine and my bone structre was and is within female norms. If you're built more typically male (ie with a narrow pelvis and no hips, and visceral fat instead of subcutaneous), you won't get the same results regardless of your doctor, and should therefore adjust your expectations accordingly. Dr Aslani, however, is a fat transfer specialist and is currently conducting a study on body feminization for transsexual women. I know because he told me when I was there and begged to use my body as an example of what is achievable haha!
  •

AnonyMs

Isabella, how long ago did you have fat transfer with Dr Aslani? I'm curious what the result is like long term. Most of the reviews I found were very early.
