Are the hormones working

I have been on the estrogen pill for about two years now and have now started taking <an increased dosage> and I am curious if its working, one thing that I have not seen any improvement in is fat distribution. I have broad shoulders so the fact that I have absolutely no butt makes me look very manly. One thing I dont understand is why Kaiser covers breast augmentation but no fat transfers or butt implants, you would think they would considering that is something that most cis women have

I was on patches for only a month and my nipples wee sore and growing but had to stop due to a DVT. I wish Blue Cross covered breast augmentation, they seem to cover everything else...

Lucky that they cover breast augmentation as ciswomen need to pay for that and some have very flat breasts and butts.

Your care provider hasn't said whether or not HRT is working?  That's bizarre.  My care providers gave me the bad news that HRT wasn't working for me the first 4 months.  The thing that made HRT start working was switching anti-androgens.  I suggest you make sure the anti-androgens are working.

If you are considering breast augmentation, you aren't afraid of surgery.  I suggest considering switching to the ultimate anti-androgen (orchiectomy).  I don't know if it will suddenly make HRT do what you want, so ask your care provider.  The question of "is HRT working?" Is a huge one and the person reading your blood tests has to be the one answering it.  I think the best way to get the body you want is by having it naturally develop.  Augmentations are a short cut or last resort option IMO.
