I'm about 3 months on low dose to start. I have had slow breast tissue grow over about 5-6 years before. It never looked like much but it started with a hard spot under the nipple. This would hurt if something pushed on it hard. Like my kid laying back her head on me, lol. Over time the areoles went through a puffy stage. The area with something under it increased in size. Getting bumped hurt more and under the whole areole. The puffiness kind of came and went. But my nipples would get very erect at times. In the last year or so some slight tissue could be felt outside the areole. I had enough body fat to not make them noticeable except to me when they got bumped. About 30-40 lbs overweight.
So about 7+ years ago I had a vesectomy. About 6 months after that my not very spunky sex drive went to nil. That's when slow changes started.
About 6 months ago I came out and began dealing with my Dysphoria. I decided I knew what I needed to do to live in this existence. While waiting for the letter to see the endo I started trying to lower my remaining T with dietary methods. Nothing too extreme. Saw palmetto to reduce DHT, flaxseed in my cereal, mint tea, ect to reduce T production. For me that worked actually well. My muscle mass dropped visually, my T went to nothing, My breast tissue started aching and did expand outward some. But I experienced what PMS is like for a good while. I was falling apart. My wife said I should try a menapause supplement. That helped a bunch as it had plant phytoestrogens and soy isoflovones in it. I still was an emotional wreck until I actually started estradiol.
So before HRT my breasts had tissue I could feel outward a ways. They had grown some. When I started HRT they started hurting every single day with a dull aching. They reached a point where the fat was enough to cushion them from a bump though. That was nice. Now they have been growing so thing firm directly under the areoles again. Feels deep and hard like. Bumping them hurts like a ball kick but not the same. My nipples do not like to be touched right now as that can hurt.
I was trying to figure out where I am in the tanner stages. It seems impossible to tell until you reach the last two stages. Anyway from what I've read some women have their breasts grow in spurts. They describe them growing in the center pushing more cone like, then spreading out, then starting in the center again. I think that's what mine are doing.
I'm waiting another week to see my endo again. They pushed my appointment back, should have been today. Arrrhh

I really want to ask him to move me to a higher dose.
