I increased my dosage back at the same point as you, obviously the endocrinologist asked me if I wanted to.  I definitely said yes and I don't regret the decision at all.  The body changes are awesome, I love the calm and serenity I feel at this level....however emotions are right at the surface and I likely should have bought shares in the Kleenex company before hand (lots of crying).  It's a balance you need to find and be comfortable with....what benefits you seek versus what burdens you are willing to accept.  Some are harder on you and those around you.
