Hi Everyone

Just wanted to make a post after my first month on Estradot patches, Finasteride and Spironolactone.

Ever since the first visit to the doctor and getting my first prescription, life has been amazing! I went for the first follow up visit in this week, and my doctor is saying that my body is reacting extremely well to the hormones. I have never felt so good in my life. My brain was absolutely starving to have estrogen. I am much more in touch with my emotions and those of people around me. My boobies are already showing signs of growth!  ;D

I have come out to more people and I am making some girlfriends and having a lot of fun with them. My life is finally beginning to make sense. This is the best decision I have ever made and the journey I am on is simply magical.  :)

I am not going full time anytime soon, but I now have a group of friends that are all accepting of me, and that is so amazing. It feels so good to be accepted as the real me for the first time in my life! I have to start laser beard removal as soon as possible, then I have to save up money for FFS before I plan to finally go full time. For now I am practicing my makeup skills (which are not too bad already) and I am beginning to build up a feminine wardrobe.

I am glowing with happiness and eagerly looking forward to each day as I continue my journey.

If you have ever thought of transitioning, please take my advice and just get professional help as soon as possible. I have waited for too long before I started my journey. It was always my destiny to be female, and I should've just gone straight to the doctor from the beginning. Either way it is so absolutely worth it in every single sense!

Life is becoming more and more beautiful.

Love you all, and all the best with your own journeys and whatever challenges you have ahead of you.

Justine,

I have had exactly the same experience. The only thing I regret is waiting 50 years to act on my gender dysphoria.

Hi Justine,

I am not that far ahead of you in this magical journey. Your effervescence and joy are so descriptive of what we all go through, thank you for sharing it. And the best news....it only gets better from here, enjoy the ride! - Anne

Hi Dani

I also regret waiting 36 years before starting this exquisitely beautiful and life changing journey. The most important thing is that I have finally arrived! :-)
