Okay, this is going to sound stupid, but I need to ask it. Tomorrow, I'll be a week post-op. I've had virtually no pain, more energy than predicted, my drains came out sooner than expected, so when do you think I could try doing some ab exercises? (The compression I wear on my chest makes my stomach stick out and I'm wondering if it's effecting my shape at all, even though I've been eating healthy...I also have a massive appetite these past few days) I was thinking ones that involve my lower half (leg raises, reverse crunches, etc.) but I'm not sure when it would be safe to even attempt.
