I have been on HRT now for two months and my chest started to grow within the second week. My nipples have only grown some but there is a 3 inch difference between the measurement of my underbust and my bust. My hands are pretty full holding one breast and my wife has noticed. I need to get a sports bra or some support since going up and down the stairs too fast does hurt. I still have pain in both breasts and specifically around the nipples.

Congratulations and you had best get used to the pain. I know that I have grown to love the sensitive or painful breast tissue, it keeps reminding me of the reasons behind the pain. Now you had best get ready for a bucket load of emotions to show up in the next couple of months.
