Glad you are here. Good questions. I don't have the experience of many of the ladies here. However, nearly every topic like this one specify 2-3 things:
1) every person's transition and surgery is different so there is no absolute answer
2) You have to re-learn your body and what feels good both physically and mentally. The most erotic part of your body is often your mind. Some times it needs to be re-mapped a little.
3) I have heard of some post op ladies having a higher libido after than they did before. Once again. That is a your mileage may vary.
It seems that most post op girls are able to. I wish I could look you in the eyes and say with absolute certainty that you will have libido and orgasms. Sadly, none of us know for sure. However, statistically, it is very likely.
