I want to bind but the weather in the U.K. is killing me...
Should I wait until it cools down or what?

The UK heat is killing me too. WTH is it so hot all of a sudden  >:(.

I just bind anyway even though it's very uncomfortable. I know I wouldn't be able to stand the dysphoria if I didn't wear it outside. But I do tend to take it off inside to give my body a break.

If you need to wear it bcos the dysphoria is bad then do so but make sure you take it off now again; your body will thank you :)

It's almost as if global warming is rearing its ugly head or somehow we've angered the ancient gods again,[emoji23]

Since it's 30 C in my place right now I'm wearing just the binder which looks much like a lifting tank. If it's black and you splash some water on it and sit by a desk fan it'll cool you down good.

I've had 2 years binding experience now so I think it's hardened me up a bit :D.

Even with the heating off I feel like I crossed the Sarah desert!
I'd wear the binder but nowadays I can't bring myself to put it on. Does that make me weird?

I live in Satan's crotch aka humid and 100+° F in the summer. Biggest things for me are-
Thin or breathable shirts
Tank tops if possible
ANTI-PERSPIRANT EVERYWHERE. I put it all over my chest.
Water with me all the time
As little time outside as I can manage
