Wisconsin's amendment can't stop progress

This month marks the one-year anniversary of the vote in Wisconsin to ban marriage for gay couples. But now that the hype of a polarizing multimillion-dollar campaign is over, real progress on equal rights for gay, lesbian and transgender citizens is nevertheless under way.
