On injections, I get levels of 1,000-4000 pg/ml of estradiol alone, 3-5 days after I inject, my total estrogen values would probably around 1,500-6,000 pg/ml. My doctors aren't concerned. There are studies that suggest high levels are relatively safe, even in older individuals, whether they be women or men or even if struck with advanced cancer.
Women's estradiol levels during a menstrual cycle can range from as little as 20 pg/ml to as much as 762 pg/ml. During pregnancy, levels skyrocket to 75,000. This is just estradiol, total estrogen is higher.
