I hate to post a thread asking this, but I also don't want to bother someone out of the blue with an unrequested private message. I see lots of people with various HRT time trackers in the signature of their posts showing how long they have been on hormone replacement. Where can I find one of these and set it up?

There's a ticker button at the top of each page, in between Calendar  and Gallery.  Or go to altera directly.
