had 2 lower surgeries sigmoid colon cut surgery painful sex never good

i had first mtf surgery when in my 20.had sigmoid colon cut surgery in 30.i had it hopeing to get depth,it did make depth but in the beginning of my canal its tight like theres scar tissue all around unable to get penetration. cant go by that section bigger than a pencil.i dilated tried sex for years,very painful most gave up didnt try to help me get stretched out. was able to have orgasms with fingers,these last 6 years i gave up i havent had an orgasm in over five years,hadnt had intercourse in 3 years,i fiuared why make them have one if they werent patient with me,i heard of the mona lisa touch laser,for womam after menopause .they have same problems got g
help that way.would it work for people in my situation,has anyone else had these problems i would like to know if so what did you do did you find help all info please im older now but im ot dead thank you,ps i was told when i was young that i was born intersexed by family members od to me when i wa a kid and told to me when i was 20 so im not sure whats going  with me

Welcome to Susan's Place. There are several ways that this could be treated but the primary goal would be to break the scar tissue down. It could involve dilation with a steroid/estrogen cream or possibly a special procedure in the doctors office. You should contact a gender surgeon who is comfortable dealing with revisions or a gynecologist surgeon for a proper work up and treatment. My post surgical care was handled by a gynecologist and he was able to deal with the proud flesh and provided estrogen cream to help with the tissue conversion.
